About Andrea

I am a mother, a wife, and a full time office worker.

Yoga, body mechanics, and teaching are my passion.
I have my 200+ hour Yoga Teacher Training in the

Vinyasa tradition and have been teaching since 2011.

I am also proud to be a Yoga Tune UpĀ® Level 1 teacher, a certified Roll ModelĀ® practitioner, and certified in Functional Movement Screening Level 2.   Additional certifications I hold are Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for Kids and Teens, Restorative Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Core Pilates, and Reiki level 2.   I have a 34 year background in dance and was a certified dance teacher. My yoga journey began over 13 years ago.  I am passionate about how the body moves and works.  The positive impact proper movement and mobility has on the human form fascinates me.  I love witnessing how yoga helps people feel better, get stronger, improve their sports, relieve pain, and positively impact their overall outlook of themselves and their way of being.  I love to have fun with my teaching, and keep people smiling. Yoga is a continuously evolving journey and every body is a different map.  I am always learning something new.
